₹2,100 / location / month
Priced in India (INR) — every market on one page
It gets cheaper as you grow: ₹1,800 per location from your fourth site, ₹1,575 from your tenth.
Pay annually — 2 months free — and setup included on annual plans.
No feature gates and no per-order commission. The number of locations changes the rate; it never changes what you get.
Each market is priced against what its own category leader charges, never by converting the US figure. This is the evidence behind this row.
Who buys Devfood here
India is the market the band model was built for. The buyer is a cloud kitchen, a QSR franchise or a family restaurant that pays the aggregators a commission it can quote from memory and has never been offered its own app at a price that made sense in rupees. Devfood is priced against what Indian restaurant software actually costs — under the local leader’s floor — with the native apps that no local ordering platform bundles, and a storefront that runs in the languages a single city orders in.
Why band C
India is band C, the large-emerging band. The placement was set against Petpooja, the category leader, whose full POS and ordering stack was priced in the low thousands of rupees a month when the band research was done in August 2026; the whole Devfood ladder sits under that floor with native apps included. Petpooja no longer prints plan prices on its pricing page — read live on 2026-09-02, it lists Core, Growth and Scale bundles and says local pricing varies by region — so the evidence row below states what the page states rather than a number it has stopped showing.
Only what each vendor states on its own site, read on the date shown — no review-site figures. Where a vendor prints no price, the row says so rather than carrying a number from an older reading. Vendors change their pricing without announcing it; if a row no longer matches, tell us at contact@devfood.com.
Petpooja — Core / Growth / Scale
No plan price printed. The page lists what each bundle includes — cloud billing, inventory, reports, CRM, captain app, QR ordering — and states that local pricing varies by region and to contact them for rates

The location count changes the rate and the market changes the currency. Neither changes what you get.

The migration planThe questions food businesses in India ask us most about cost and billing.
₹2,100 a month for one outlet, billed in rupees and stated before GST. From your fourth outlet the whole account moves to ₹1,800 a month per outlet, and from your tenth to ₹1,575. Unlimited orders, no commission, and the iOS and Android apps are included.
Because it is not a conversion of the US price. Software in India is priced against what Indian restaurants pay for software, and a rupee figure derived from a dollar list would ask you to pay a US price for the same product. The row is set against the local category leader and stays under it.
Ordering runs on the web, in a branded Android and iOS app, and over a QR code at the table or the counter. Sign-in is by verified phone number, which cuts fake orders. Payment gateways connect under your own account, so you pay the gateway its published rate and nothing to us per order.
One physical outlet that takes orders is one location, however many brands it prepares for. A cloud kitchen running three virtual brands from one address is one location on the bill; three kitchens are three.
It is the one question that decides whether Devfood is the right platform for you — and if the answer is the second one, we would rather say so now than three steps into a price list.
Single restaurant or small chain
You run your own brand and your own locations. You want customers to order from you — not from a marketplace you do not control.
Devfood — you are in the right place
Marketplace operator
You run a platform where many restaurants list and customers discover them through your app. You need multi-vendor routing, commissions, and operator tooling — not a per-location white-label stack.
