Priced Per Market

Set For Your Market, Not Converted

Each band is priced against what the category leader actually charges in those markets. An exchange-rate conversion answers a question nobody buying software asks.

US dollars, per location, per month. A market without a published row is quoted in US dollars at its band rate — we set a band by checking what the category leader charges there, never by converting the US figure.

Optional add-ons

Extend to the Counter and Floor

The base plan is four connected apps for online ordering. Add POS, kitchen display, kiosk, captain handheld, or in-store loyalty when you need them — same menu, same price book, one customer balance.

Front of house

Take counter and phone orders on the same menu and price book as online. Split tender, table service, cash drawer, receipt and kitchen printing.

  • Split and partial payments
  • Table and tab management
  • Cash drawer and shift reports
  • Online connection required for ordering

Unattended ordering with upsells, tips and card-present payment — on the same menu and price book as everything else.

  • Card-present payment and tipping
  • Upsell and combo prompts
  • Accessibility and multi-language
  • Pickup code on the receipt

Floor service

Captain Handheld

Waitstaff take orders at the table, fire rounds to the kitchen, and see what is plated — settlement stays on the register.

  • Per-guest and per-course ordering
  • Fire rounds to the kitchen
  • See ready items from the pass
  • Works with table tabs and splits

Counter

Loyalty Tablet

In-store rewards, wallet, memberships and vouchers on a counter tablet — showing the same balance the customer sees in the app.

  • One balance online and in store
  • Redeem vouchers and rewards at the till
  • Membership check-in
  • Enrol a customer in seconds

Optional modules are quoted separately from the base subscription. They run on hardware you buy yourself: Android tablets, a kitchen screen, Bluetooth or cloud receipt printers, a cash drawer, and a card terminal from your own payment provider.

Are you a single restaurant, or a marketplace operator?

It is the one question that decides whether Devfood is the right platform for you — and if the answer is the second one, we would rather say so now than three steps into a price list.

Single restaurant or small chain

You run your own brand and your own locations. You want customers to order from you — not from a marketplace you do not control.

Devfood — you are in the right place

Marketplace operator

You run a platform where many restaurants list and customers discover them through your app. You need multi-vendor routing, commissions, and operator tooling — not a per-location white-label stack.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing, Plainly Explained

The questions food businesses ask us most about cost and billing.

What counts as a location?

One physical outlet that takes orders. A single brand with three kitchens is three locations; a dark kitchen preparing for one storefront is one. You move down the ladder automatically as you add sites — your fourth location prices the whole account at the 4–9 rate.

Do you really charge no commission?

No commission, no per-order fee, no revenue share — at any volume, on any plan, in any market. Your order growth does not change your bill. That is the entire reason to run ordering yourself rather than rent it from a marketplace.

Why is the price different in my country?

Because software is not priced by exchange rate. Each market's price is set against what the category leader charges there, so India is ₹2,100 rather than a currency conversion of the US figure. Markets without a published row are quoted in US dollars at their band rate.

Are the iOS and Android apps really included?

Yes — the build and the store publishing under your own brand. You keep the developer accounts, so the apps remain yours. Apple charges its own $99/year developer membership directly to you; that is Apple’s fee, not ours.

What do I still pay for separately?

Payment processing, which your gateway bills you directly under your own account, and Apple’s developer membership. Optionally App Store Optimization or Priority Support. Nothing else.
