Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund in full or partial, under any circumstances whatsoever due to the nature of SaaS business.
We strongly recommend you to go through our demo videos or schedule one on one demo calls with us until all your questions, requirements are cleared and seen to be working in real time in the existing product in front of your eyes.
No Refund Cluase
- We DO NOT under any scenario or case may be, refund due to the customer’s inability to market the product. Please be 100% sure that you will be able to market our platform as a business in your city prior to spending any money on purchasing our products.
- We DO NOT under any scenario or case may be, refund due to Google Play store or Apple’s App store rejection of your apps. Apple and Google both independently has several set of rules and restrictions which are expected to be followed by all developers. Both Apple & Google rejects app mainly due to the content inside the app, which only you as a customer has control over. Incase of restricted content found inside your apps and app gets rejected over it, we under no circumstance will provide any refund even under 30days.
- We DO NOT under any scenario or case may be, refund due to customer not doing the due diligence of the local business law as per their operating state & country and the inability to obtain proper license to operate the business as planned. We suggest to purchase our products only after all legal approvals are completed.
Refund Criteria :
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, reason for refund with proof incase deficiency of product claimed as a reason for refund.

Once your return is initiated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
