Migration Guide

GloriaFood is closing on 31 March 2027 — move your ordering to your own brand

Keep taking direct, zero-commission orders after the shutdown: branded apps in the stores, POS sync, loyalty and delivery dispatch — with our team doing the migration work.

What Changes

What the Shutdown Means for Your Restaurant

The service ends

GloriaFood is in maintenance mode with no new signups, and the ordering service shuts down on 31 March 2027. Widgets, order apps and links stop working after that date.

There is no migration tool

Oracle has not announced an export-and-move path. Menus, customer lists and ordering links have to be rebuilt on whatever platform you choose — the earlier you start, the calmer it is.

Your customers need a new habit

Every reorder link, QR code and bookmark pointing at GloriaFood dies with it. Moving early gives your regulars time to install your own branded app before the deadline.

How the Move Works

A Three-Step Migration, Done With You

  1. 1

Book a demo on a real store

See Devfood running live and map your GloriaFood setup — menu, order types, delivery zones — onto it.

  2. 2

    We rebuild your menu

Send us your menu (a link is enough) and we set up items, modifiers, photos and delivery zones for you.

  3. 3

    Go live in parallel

Your Devfood store runs alongside GloriaFood while you switch links, QR codes and app downloads — no dark days.

Questions

Migrating off GloriaFood

The shutdown date, the export path, and what it costs to move before the deadline.

When exactly does GloriaFood shut down?

Oracle, which owns GloriaFood, states that full end of service is scheduled for 31 March 2027. You will see 30 April 2027 on a number of other sites; that date comes from an earlier in-product notice, and Oracle’s own current statement supersedes it. GloriaFood is already in maintenance mode and is no longer accepting new signups.

Is there a tool to export my GloriaFood menu and customer data?

Oracle has not announced an export-and-move path. Menus, customer lists and ordering links have to be rebuilt on whichever platform you choose. Send us a link to your menu and we set up items, modifiers, photos and delivery zones for you.

What happens to my existing ordering links, QR codes and app?

They stop working when the service ends. Every reorder link, QR code and bookmark pointing at GloriaFood dies with it, which is why moving early matters: your regulars get time to install your own branded app before the deadline.

Can I run both systems while I switch over?

Yes. Your Devfood store runs alongside GloriaFood while you switch links, QR codes and app downloads, so there are no dark days in between.

What does it cost to move before the deadline?

Moving before 31 March 2027 costs $79 per month for a single location, locked for 12 months, with zero commission and unlimited orders. It includes web and app-style ordering, loyalty, and the four connected apps. Native iOS and Android apps are not included at that price — you can upgrade to a full plan at $79 per location any time. It is a migration price, not a discount, so it expires with the shutdown.

I run ordering for several restaurants, or manage GloriaFood clients as an agency. What are my options?

The white-label partner program is built for that: your brand on every app under your own developer accounts, your price for your market, your invoice, and 90-day deal protection on prospects you register before you sell. It lets you move a whole client book onto one platform on one paper trail rather than migrating each restaurant somewhere different.
