Why This Price

Set for the European Union, Not Converted

Each market is priced against what its own category leader charges, never by converting the US figure. This is the evidence behind this row.

Who buys Devfood here

Across the euro area the buyer is an independent restaurant, café or small delivery brand that wants its own storefront beside the marketplaces rather than instead of them — and wants to be billed in euros by a vendor that publishes the number. Devfood prices the euro area as one row: a branded ordering site, native apps, driver dispatch and a multi-language storefront, which matters in a market where one city can order in three languages.

Why band A

The euro area sits in band A with the rest of the EU-15. The published comparison is Flipdish, an Irish vendor selling into Ireland and Spain that prints its subscription prices, and UpMenu, whose Premium plan is the category benchmark for a fully-unlocked ordering site. Devfood sits under both with the app tier and unlimited orders in the base price. No single euro list price was read for this row; it is the band-A rate expressed in euros at the rate the sibling product uses, and it is presented that way rather than as a local-leader match.

What the market's own vendors publish

Only what each vendor states on its own site, read on the date shown — no review-site figures. Where a vendor prints no price, the row says so rather than carrying a number from an older reading. Vendors change their pricing without announcing it; if a row no longer matches, tell us at contact@devfood.com.

  • Flipdish — Online ordering / app tiers

Website and online ordering from $119 a month billed annually on its US page, website with branded app from $199 a month; the UK page lists Essential from £119 a month per site billed annually

  • UpMenu — Basic / Standard / Premium

Basic $49, Standard $89 and Premium $169 a month for one location (from the vendor help centre — the pricing page blocks automated reads), with the branded app a $49 a month add-on for each location and drivers $14 a month each

Pricing FAQ

Pricing in the European Union, Plainly Explained

The questions food businesses in the European Union ask us most about cost and billing.

What does Devfood cost in the euro area?

€67 a month for one location, billed in euros. From your fourth location the whole account moves to €59 a month per site, and from your tenth to €50. Unlimited orders, no commission, native apps included.

Is VAT included in the price?

No. Prices are stated before VAT, which is charged according to where your business is registered. Your invoice shows the tax line separately.

Can my storefront run in more than one language?

Yes, and it is included rather than a paid pack. Your menu, checkout and notifications can be published in each language you enable, which is the difference between a storefront that works in Brussels or Barcelona and one that only works in English.

Do I pay a different rate in a country outside the euro area?

Most of the EU-15 is band A and quoted in euros here. A business in Poland, Czechia, Portugal, Greece or the Baltics is band B and is quoted in US dollars at the band-B rate on the main pricing page, because we have not published a local currency row for those markets yet.

Are you a single restaurant, or a marketplace operator?

It is the one question that decides whether Devfood is the right platform for you — and if the answer is the second one, we would rather say so now than three steps into a price list.

Single restaurant or small chain

You run your own brand and your own locations. You want customers to order from you — not from a marketplace you do not control.

Devfood — you are in the right place

Marketplace operator

You run a platform where many restaurants list and customers discover them through your app. You need multi-vendor routing, commissions, and operator tooling — not a per-location white-label stack.
