Goomer is the cheaper way to put a restaurant on WhatsApp and a QR code in Brazil, and it says so honestly: no app to download, one monthly fee, iFood delivery on the top plan. Devfood costs more per restaurant and puts your own iOS and Android apps in the stores, a driver app with auto-dispatch and multi-language in the same price — and publishes that price in reais.
Goomer is a Brazilian digital-menu company. One subscription, priced per restaurant, runs a delivery menu ordered through WhatsApp with a virtual attendant, a QR-code menu, a tablet menu and self-service totems, and its top plan integrates with Brazilian PDV systems and with iFood’s on-demand delivery. Goomer states plainly that it is not an app — "Não somos um aplicativo… Não precisa baixar nenhum aplicativo" — and charges a monthly fee with no commission. It publishes four plans, from a free tier capped at 30 orders a month to R$299,90 a month, lists NuPay, Pix, credit card and cash as its payment options, and serves Brazil only.
How this page is written
Every Goomer cell below states only what Goomer publishes on its own website — no review-site figures, no analyst
numbers. Where they publish nothing, the cell says not published rather than claiming the feature is missing.
The pages we read and the date we read them are at the bottom, so you can check any row yourself in one click.

Scorecard:
3 to Devfood, 4 to Goomer, 8 level — by our own reading of the 15 criteria above. Read
the rows, not the tally.
1. On-demand delivery networks —
iFood’s on-demand delivery is a courier service the restaurant pays iFood for per delivery; Goomer says it charges nothing per order for the integration. The row is scored for Goomer because iFood couriers are the network a Brazilian restaurant actually uses, and none of Devfood’s four networks is iFood.
Their Case
When
Goomer
Is the Better Choice
We would rather you buy the right thing than buy ours. These are the cases where that is not us.
Your customers order on WhatsApp and you want to start free
Goomer’s Grátis plan runs a delivery menu through WhatsApp with a virtual attendant for R$0 up to 30 orders a month, then R$1,39 an order — and every paid plan is cheaper per restaurant than Devfood. If a WhatsApp menu is the whole requirement, Goomer is the right size and we are not.
You run a Brazilian PDV and want iFood’s couriers
The Integrar plan connects to PDVs Goomer names — Sischef, Saipos, Linx, Desbravador and more — and to iFood’s Entrega Sob Demanda. Devfood syncs with Clover, Square and Toast and dispatches to DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Shipday and Nash; none of those is the PDV or the courier a São Paulo restaurant is already using.
You want a totem at the counter today
Goomer sells self-service totems as products — Mini Totem 2.0 and Totem Clover + Goomer — under the same subscription. Devfood’s kiosk is an optional add-on quoted separately.
Our Case
When
Devfood
Is the Better Choice
You want your own app in the App Store and on Google Play
Goomer is not an app and says so. Devfood’s Brazil price — R$149 a month for one to three locations — includes branded iOS and Android apps under your name, plus the web storefront, the restaurant app and the driver app.
You run your own motoboys
The driver app with live GPS tracking and auto-dispatch by distance, load and vehicle is in the base plan. Goomer calculates the delivery fee and hands the trip to iFood; it publishes no driver app.
You are a franchise or you sell in more than one language
Devfood prices a per-location ladder that falls at four and at ten locations, supports 100+ countries, and includes a multi-language storefront. Goomer is priced per restaurant in Brazil only.
Questions
Devfood vs Goomer
FAQ
Is Goomer really commission-free?
Yes, on its own statement: "cobramos apenas uma mensalidade" — one monthly fee, "nada de taxas, comissões". The one per-order charge is on the free plan, R$1,39 for each order above 30 in a month. iFood’s on-demand couriers, available on the Integrar plan, are paid to iFood per delivery.
Does Goomer give my restaurant its own app?
No. Goomer’s own FAQ answers "Goomer é um app?" with "Não somos um aplicativo" — customers order on the web, on WhatsApp or by scanning a QR code, with nothing to download. Devfood publishes native iOS and Android apps under your brand on every plan.
Can I move from Goomer to Devfood?
Yes. Send us your Goomer menu link and we rebuild the items, complements, photos and delivery zones. Your Devfood store can run beside Goomer while you switch the WhatsApp link, the QR codes and the app downloads over on a date you choose.
